Outplacement for startups

An honest comparison

Launchpath wrote this page. It is not an independent review. It lists prices that providers have published, links those prices, and says when a price is not published. It is not a ranking, and it is not a claim about who gets hired.

Prices as published, checked October 2026.

Published prices

Read across for the price, then the term that price is attached to. Cells that are not a published number say so.

Questions to ask any provider

Ask these of anyone, including us. The answers below are only for Launchpath.

  • What share of people start?

Launchpath does not publish a share. On the pilot, you pay only for people who enroll. A name that never starts is not a charge. We will not invent a percentage.

  • Active in week 4?

We do not publish an activity rate for week 4, or for any other week. The weekly note says who has started intake, who has interviews, who has an offer, and who has landed. It reports what happened. It does not predict the month.

  • What do I see weekly?

A short note: who has started, interviews, offers, and who has accepted a role. Salary and personal constraints stay with the person. They are not in the note to you.

  • How fast can it start?

Within 48 hours of signing. There is no kickoff workshop to schedule first. Send names. A person can begin once they have a resume to upload.
